Lots of changes this week!
Max has been finding a way to get from laying down to sitting up on his own. I hadn't witnessed the details yet though. He always did it when I wasn't looking (little sneak!). I finally got to see of first hand Saturday and I was so excited! It took him a few seconds, but he did it so well. This morning he sat up in his crib within two seconds. So quick!
Today Max started clapping when I picked him up from daycare. Happy clapping! I haven't been able to get him to clap on his own yet, so I was very excited!
He started moving himself along the coffee table this week (while mommy spotted him). He's not completely stable while standing, so we have to keep an eye on him. He will pull himself up on everything, he's always trying to stand! He gets so scared when he falls, but it doesn't keep him from trying again!
He's so close to crawling! He's rocking more often, and doing a long reach while on his hands and knees. He's pulling and pushing himself around the floor while he sits on his butt. So cute! He's finding ways to get places!
He really loves sweet potatoes. I'm glad his first food was a hit! He tried some mum mums last night, but he wasn't thrilled. I think he would rather stick to his puffs. He loves those things! He has gotten so much better with his aim, almost every single one gets into his mouth now! Yummy!
He had a lot of fun making daddy's birthday card, here are a few pictures of that process. He got SO MAD at me when I tried to take the paper away (bottom righ), he wanted to keep painting! He likes painting a lot, which is great. There are lots of arts and crafts in his future.
